The dust-free clothing we usually call dust-free and antistatic properties is suitable for electronic, optical instruments, pharmaceutical, microbial engineering, precision instruments and other industries.

The dust-free clothing should pay attention to its own management. The most important part of the management of the dust-free clothing is cleaning. Although the fabric of the dust-free clothing is a clean fiber which is difficult to get dirty, it is easy to get dirty if the ordinary washing method is adopted, so special methods must be used.

Generally, the clothes are washed at least once a week, and some of the high-quality jobs even wash once a day. The clean clothes must be cleaned in a clean room to avoid contamination of dust and bacteria and detergent.

The cleaning of dust-free clothing is generally carried out by professional cleaning companies. The following points should be paid attention to in the cleaning process of clean room:

1. before washing the dust-free clothing, the accessories such as scratch, damage and buckle shall be inspected, and the defective ones shall be repaired, replaced or scrapped.

2. clean, dry and pack dust-free clothes in a clean room with higher cleanliness than that of the working clothes.

3. the newly sewn dust-free clothing can be washed directly. If the recovered and worn clothes are found to be oily, the oil should be removed carefully before washing procedure.

4. the water for wet and dry cleaning shall be filtered, and the solvent shall be distilled and used at the use point less than 0.2 μ The filter membrane with m pore diameter shall be filtered more than once as required.

5. in order to remove water-soluble pollutants, after washing with clean water, the distilled solvent is used for final washing to remove oily pollutants.

6. wet washing water temperature is as follows: polyester cloth 60-70c (maximum 70c) nylon cloth 50-55c (maximum 60C)

7. when the water is washed and permeable, antistatic agent can be used to improve the anti-static characteristics, but the antistatic agent selected shall be well combined with the fiber without dust falling off.

8. dry in the clean air circulation system for washing. After drying, it is stacked in the clean room for washing, and packed in clean polyester bag or nylon bag. It can be packed in double layers according to requirements, or vacuum plastic seal can be carried out. The packing material is best made of antistatic material. Because the folding process is most prone to dust, the folding process must be carried out in the high-level purification space, for example, the folding packaging of class 100 clean work clothes should be carried out in the level 10 environment.
